      Pros

      It is easy to get a job here, they hire 200 plus people a year. There's a gym on site open 24 hours. Thats about it.

      Cons

      You will be threatened with termination every day. If you don't do exactly what they say exactly how they say to do it, you will be fired. If you ask for help, you will be fired. If you don't ask the "right" questions, you will be fired. I showed up 1 minute late. Guess what happened? I was fired.

      Pros

      The only pros I can say is the satisfaction of helping a customer and meeting fellow employees that become friends.

      Cons

      In all honesty when I began my job in the company I thought it would be great, I was wrong. The supervisors play favorites when it comes to promotions and shift changes. Many of the supervisors are not even helpful when needing assistance on an issue. In addition the work load is outrageous for one person and the work you do put in is not appreciated.
