Pros

Free parking, Cafeteria workers are nice. A diet-friendly meal is available daily. The phones work.

Cons

Senior management belittles employees. Objectives never defined. Salaried Professionals who often work late into the night are docked if three minutes late arriving to work in the morning. Emphasis is on selling passé technology. Extermely high employee churn, and low morale.

Pros

-Fun, young atmosphere (outside of work) -You'll develop a level of patience that you never thought possible -If you aren't that smart and lack common sense, you'll fit right in -If you are relatively smart and have common sense, then you'll be one of the smartest people in the building (there are probably about 8 others, so you'll have a few friends)

Cons

Poor training, poor management (with a few exceptions), and they treat you like a child (I was written up after being 4 minutes late one day...if this seems ridiculous to you and you work here anyway, then you're in for a real treat). It's honestly one of the most backwards companies that I've been affiliated with. I usually don't put too much stock into negative company reviews on websites, but the ones you'll see on here aren't far off. That being said, this job is like any other in terms of "you get out what you put in". Even if you don't move up, get promoted, ect. you have something to add to the resume. If you're working here, it's most likely because you didn't have any other options; so sack up and do what you can while looking for other opportunities. You chose this job; never forget that. Hey- it could be worse...you could be dead.

Pros

flexibility of hours definitely is appealing in the beginning, but most new employees are required to take the late shift. different shifts are available though.

Cons

no advancement opportunities exist in the company. The only way to get a raise is to be promoted and they rarely promote. length of employment has no bearing on raise qualification.
