Pros

The occasional food truck is not worth the ample headaches that will drain any good employee. Ok for a recent grad looking for corporate experience, but can also say you’re likely wasting your team where better opportunities are available. Truly the only positive I can wholeheartedly endorse is the company’s donation efforts, but sadly this just highlights the CEO’s emphasis on his own image while underpaying loyal employees.

Cons

Outdated systems, management that will bury you in a moment’s notice if you’re not a favorite. Not being taken advantage of essentially means you’re labeled not a team player. Pay below comparable positions at other companies. Prepare to do the work of 2-3 people in most OPs positions, and don’t be surprised if they lay you off after giving your all. In addition to keeping employees in the dark, they also have no problem lying to customers and creating problematic rollouts. The company gets sued by many of their clients for their problematic practices, and certainly more to come. As you can see the last month is packed with fake reviews from the PR dept to boost the company’s poor image.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time with the company didn’t meet expectations, and we take your feedback seriously. We acknowledge that every team member's experience is different, and while we strive to provide a supportive, transparent, and inclusive environment, it's clear we fell short in your case. Concerns about workload, compensation, and communication are not taken lightly. These are areas we are actively working to improve, including recent investments in technology upgrades and management training to better support our teams. We're proud of our charitable initiatives and community involvement, but we also recognize that internal culture and employee satisfaction are just as important. While we disagree with some of the characterizations in your review, especially regarding our integrity and treatment of clients, we respect your right to speak candidly about your experience. We’re committed to learning from feedback like yours and continuing to build a workplace that values and supports all employees—not just in words, but in action. If you’re open to a further conversation, we’d welcome the opportunity to hear more directly.

Toxic workplace

Pros

I didn't find anything good there...

Cons

This company suffers from a lack of vision and ineffective management, making it a frustrating place to work. Leadership of the group I worked for plays favorites, and success often depends more on personal connections than actual performance. There’s a clear clique culture, which creates a toxic work environment where only a select few have a voice. If you’re not part of the clique, you’ll find yourself ignored, excluded from important discussions, and left out of social events. What makes it worse is that the clique consists of individuals who have little to no experience outside of this company—this is the only job they’ve ever had for years. Instead of embracing fresh perspectives and learning from experienced professionals, they feel threatened by those with proven success in multiple companies. As a result, they actively undermine skilled employees rather than collaborating with them. Decision-making is reactive, priorities constantly shift, and execution is poor, leading to confusion and inefficiency. Communication is lacking, and career growth opportunities are minimal unless you're in the inner circle. Backstabbing and office politics thrive, making it difficult to trust colleagues or management. Overall, not a place for those who value professionalism, fairness, or strong leadership.
