Pros

During down season the work load can be a tad light, this only for a few months November to around Jan

Cons

READ THIS LINE FOR LINE, ignore the general automated response to the replies to boost rating. The Problem is not the Orlando office, it's the people in Quincy, C-Suites to the mid Managers. But here's the truth. First off, yes, you WILL be doing inbound calls, A LOT 1. They are 100% removing WFH within a year, it used to be two days, it WILL be office only soon. 2. Outside of the Broadband, you will be half-trained and they will antagonize you, versus try to help you. 3. The NetOps Managers throw Analysts under the bus to protect themselves A LOT and will make up things about your work , not all of them do this, however. 4. They will blame vendor problems on you. If x vendor won't dispatch, it's your fault. 5. The standard way to do tickets they pick and choose who it applies for. 6. Overtime seems nice here but they get jaded if you do it too much 7. They do NOT like compensating for certs. 6 month clause. 8. This is a company that 100% is trying to be one of those toxic Fortune 1000companies, w/o the pay 9. Very disorganized, they blame you for not "asking" when for specific tools/locations are only for specific clients 10. Yes, they will also set you up to fail at times if they don't like you. Things such as they will say you aren't working when you're from home but I heard someone was terminated because they claimed they didn't work, but they don't consider working from your own computer, which they install a VPN on, working. 11. Upper management 100% lies to clients but remember your name is on tickets, so company problems of them lying = your fault. Overpromising. This company is a mess to work for, if you want to be bullied for a year and need the experience, that's it. RUN.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

Pros

Good start for a recent graduate

Cons

Soul sucking job, management are mainly people that got promoted internally, they don't know how to deal or manage people and they will work you to the bone. They will track your work by the minute and if you take a break it will look bad on you. You won't get promoted if your supervisor doesn't like you. Even if you get promoted the raise is not even that much. You are better off working for a different company that VALUES people and not look at people like robots and dump all the work into 1 person because that person is good at their job.

Pros

I guess maybe the pay and people I worked with.

Cons

I have been working since 2004 when I graduated from high school. This is the worst job I have ever held. This place is so micromanaged you would feel like you are not breathing. They run this place like old school in the 90's, by fear.
