Pros

There are a lot of great people.

Cons

If you like jumping through hoops this company is for you! Management is very strict and if you are going in temp to perm they call it bootcamp internally for a reason. There is a high turnover rate with people just leaving without a word.

Thank you for your review. Our people are certainly are greatest asset, but we are disheartened to hear about your negative experiences as well. If you would like to discuss further, please contact Talent Management at TalentManagement@granitenet.com.

Terrible Company

Business Outlook

Pros

Mostly college graduate age employees, decently social workforce.

Cons

Median age of company is so low because of how quickly people leave. Poor training, no accountability, low pay, micromanagement on every level, and benefits were cut two weeks after the CEO announced that we had the best year ever.

Pros

Location, CEO's Leadership, Random Bonuses, Satellite Offices, Health Care Options, 401 K Options, Amazing Free Gym! It is a great place to get a job if you pass your drug test, and can be a quick resume addition for kids fresh out of college.

Cons

Parking Options, Bathroom Are Always Clogged Or Full, Rugs and Cubicles Are Filthy, Kitchen Staff Can Be Rude, Temporal, Unsanitary, & Have Miserable Vibes, Management Is Swamped With Undereducated, racist, sexist, judgmental individuals who fire knowledgeable people to keep themselves ahead, supervisors, and managers who don't fight for their employees rights as humans, many are overworked and underpaid. The titles and job descriptions do not add up, nor does the salary scale. Many are stripped of bonuses and raises or not awarded such for reasons unexplained.
