      Pros

      -Lots of young people fresh out of college, so I didn't feel lost in the workplace or inadequate, because so many people were in the same boat...you can make a lot of new friends, I definitely met some great people and lifelong friends -Is close to public transit and within walking distance of lots of places to eat, very close to Neponset Bridge

      Cons

      -The first job/department you start in can determine your fate. I watched some people move up incredibly quickly simply because they were liked by their manager/supervisor. I watched others, entirely more hard working, dedicated, and intelligent, remain utterly dormant for years for no good reason. It is definitely backwards. -The pay is absolutely abysmal. Again, this is dependent on what department you start in and how quickly you move up - as mentioned above, I watched some of the best workers remain for 5+ years and barely make $40k. Absolutely atrocious.

      Pros

      Philanthropic and great after work intramural sports paid for by the company. The gym is awesome.

      Cons

      You're a small fish in a big pond and completely replaceable. Pay is 40% lower then elsewhere. Cafeteria food is terrible (especially of a company that is all about fitness).
