Pros

Weekly/monthly incentives Fun CEO ... and that's about it...

Cons

Poor management - they care more about final outcome and treat you as a tool. Yes, this place has a high roll over rate for a reason... They suck in recent grads because they are "easy" to obtain. I can hear supervisors and managers talk and gossip behind people's back. Not very professional of them. But then again, why would you gossip about your coworkers AT work in the middle of an open room? Training was bad. And it was worse hands on. They just tell you what to do by following a guide and have you reap your mistakes if you do it incorrectly. It's hell every time the clock strikes 12pm and 5pm. System goes down because over 1,500 employees punch out at the same time. Worst is getting out of the parking lot. Oh, and let's not forget the low pay for MAC reps...

Wouldn't suggest the company to even my worst enemy

Pros

Nice location for most Those around me were always willing to help, so long as they weren't busy gossiping about someone down the row I didn't feel like I had to impress anyone during the interview.......... wait is that a pro? Most co-workers I worked with directly were my age (early 20s)

Cons

So many red flags that I ignored for the first few months. By my last month there I was honestly nauseated on my way to work each morning. Management at every level was unreal. Start with the CEO, who speaks highly of the sales department and bashes everyone else for not donating $3 to charity each Friday because then he isn't able to tell every media outlet that Granite did so. Then there's the COO who has the most uncomfortable bubble around his office since people avoid speaking to him at all costs. Then you have directors, managers, and supervisors who have been there so long that they can't figure out how to treat those who haven't. And not to mention the yelling and cursing at each other in the middle of the floor for everyone to hear. The mad dash to the parking lot at 5:00 is no joke. It is a most obvious testament to how much employees dislike being in the building from 8-5 each day.
