      I've been with the company for some time now, and it's one of the best places to be. The people, culture, and growth opportunities are amazing. Whether you're interacting with executives or colleagues at the facilities, you always feel welcomed and appreciated.

      Cons

      The three-day week with inflexible hours and no work-life balance can be very stressful at times.

      Pros

      The company is incredibly forward-thinking and committed to innovation. I was given significant autonomy to lead complex, high-impact projects. Excellent, competitive compensation package and a great bonus structure. The team was highly talented, and the technical challenge of the work kept me engaged and learning constantly. Casual dress code and flexible working hours were a big plus.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be extremely challenging during product launch cycles. Communication between departments is often siloed, leading to duplicated effort and confusion. The physical office space feels outdated and cramped for a company focused on "leap solutions." Management turnover in non-technical departments was high, creating instability.
