Pros

- Great company overall with opportunities for growth and development. - The size of the company brings exposure to a wide variety of projects and initiatives. - Strong focus on sustainability, which is central to the products and mission.

Cons

- Initiatives often move slowly because of the multiple approvals required. - Remote work flexibility is limited, as the culture leans more toward in-office presence.

Pros

GPI has provided me with opportunities to work on meaningful projects and sharpen my skills. Leadership generally values people who take initiative, and there’s space to build experience if you’re willing to step up. The company is stable, and the team members I’ve worked with are supportive and collaborative.

Cons

Processes can feel outdated at times, and priorities aren’t always communicated as clearly as they could be. Like many companies, change can be slow, and it takes persistence to get traction on new ideas. Career development isn’t always structured, so you need to advocate for yourself.
