      Pros

      I have been with Graphic Packaging for 25 years and have had the opportunity to grow within the company, from entry level to current managerial position. I have traveled to many different locations and been a part of many successful/beneficial projects. GPI is a great company to work for, and we continue to grow.

      Cons

      Remote positions are not a consideration for career advancement unless you are willing to move to an in-house location. Great talent can be lost this way.

      Lots of growth within your department. A fair amount of opportunities to learn and expand your skills in different areas in the company. Nice newly renovated HQ with great amenities

      Cons

      The executive leadership is very layered and a bit complex. Maternity/paternity leave is archaic
