      Pros

      I have been with GPI for a number of years at this point and have worked at multiple of their locations throughout the country. I like the challenge of the work that I complete on a daily basis and the support I receive from the leadership team. Not every day is perfect, but I get to work with some pretty amazing people that make the hard days easier. It is also great that I get to see what our company makes in the store. Knowing we are making sustainable products is also a bonus!

      Cons

      As a new employee coming in, there is a large amount of information to learn about each job and expectations are high. Continuing to improve the onboarding process will help in the learning process.

      Pros

      Good pay and strong benefits (401k match, solid insurance, and PTO). Very stable company with steady work — nice feeling of job security. Lots of room to grow your career, especially if you’re motivated or open to relocating. Big-name company that looks great on a resume and offers exposure to large-scale operations.

      Cons

      Not much negative to talk about there are obviously some like any other corporate job but the good easily outweighs the bad.

      Pros

      CST is a good place to work if you are looking for a place to develop professionally. The leadership team is great at providing opportunity and guidance for those who want to develop into a strong leader in industry.

      Cons

      Expect long working days in many roles. A lot of work but very rewarding when projects get completed.
