      everything , If I could give no stars I would , worst management , time consuming reporting with no real explanation as to why . Backstabbing that starts at managment between shifts , anti union brainwashing culture , safety program is a joke !

      Pros

      I've worked with a few really nice people who understand their jobs but get dragged down by poor Management on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Result driven company that lacks in all of their processes. Inconsistent management changes rules every day in order to hit targets and supply to the customer. Employees are treated horribly, no rewards just punishments. Staff turnover is crazy.
