      parking lot close to building

      Cons

      tense, unhappy , sterile (...and not in the cleanliness sense) work environment. No team building efforts to promote positive work relationships or atmosphere and it is badly needed. Some "leaders" resort to scare tactics at all levels. Obvious Mormon influence- too much talk about religion at work! need to separate it, people.

      Non union location. Can move up quickly with the right attitude and work ethic.

      Too many 'yes' men. Too little forethought. Contracts are signed before resources are confirmed.
