      pays quite well for the rolls involved

      i have worked for graphic for 6 years now and started with a positive attitude towards the company. quickly realising it was an ill managed establishment where most people are unprofessional in their work conduct. any issue you have is "NOT" taken seriously and work related bullying and unacceptable conduct and undue pressure is the day to day norm. i have informed the union of these practices and will be taking matters further as i have been a long term victim of "WORK RELATED BULLYING " i have nothing positive to say about this establishement and it's employees conduct, and i am frankly baffled by the poor and childish conduct of it's management and operation.

      Pros

      I've worked with a few really nice people who understand their jobs but get dragged down by poor Management on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Result driven company that lacks in all of their processes. Inconsistent management changes rules every day in order to hit targets and supply to the customer. Employees are treated horribly, no rewards just punishments. Staff turnover is crazy.

      Pros

      You can skip work every week and not be help accountable. Pay is decent, but the managment are useless. If you are lazy an worthless this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Very irratating if you have a good work ethic and others around you do not come to work. Managment are worthless.
