      Pros

      You can skip work every week and not be help accountable. Pay is decent, but the managment are useless. If you are lazy an worthless this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Very irratating if you have a good work ethic and others around you do not come to work. Managment are worthless.

      Pros

      They pay top dollar, and actually as a company they seem like a good place to be. Speaking with several people at other locations, they tell me that they have opportunities for advancement and good work environments. The corporate training program is very good at a corporate level.

      Cons

      At my facility it is old school rules. The top management at this location has been together for a long time. Despite demotions and complaints to corporate, they continue to squeak by with their jobs. It is extremely clique based. If you are liked by the production manager and her friends, you are given any work hours you want and promoted over other more qualified employees. It is a terrible and demoralizing place to be.
