      Decent pay. Not much else.

      Insane work hours if things aren't going well. I've been in for 30 hours straight. You will be called in even if not on call, so don't ever make plans. Despite your best efforts and due diligence, something in this roach nest of twisted pipes and rotting fiber will go wrong and you're going to be blamed for it. Rather than understanding and fixing, management would rather blame, shame, and degrade. Manager is a figurehead that just parrots the regional boss. And when he comes in he literally shouts at everyone and throws things. There's literally an air of fear in those meetings. And HIS boss is worse yet. All this for cereal boxes.
