      Medical benefits are at a good price.

      Cons

      Over worked. Leaders make decisions without looking at cost and if it makes sense. Lots of revenue leakage. No focus on developing talent. Old school -- remote only 2 days a week and that just started with that option going away soon due to CEO not believing in work from home. Dress code is from the 90's.
