Last minute shift changes and required overtime some weeks, then short shifts or show up to work only to find out they don't need you that day. Empty promises of a permanent position.

Terrible Management. Department is run by a Dictator. They continually pile on more work while reducing hours and withholding raises. Mind games every day. Management takes pride in belittling and demoralizing their employees. Micromanagement and control tactics are used on a daily basis. You will get blamed for everything even if it's not your fault. HR is despised in the company and has far too much influence on employees. Management positions are tentatively offered to hard working qualified employees, and then given to less qualified ones. Good ole boys club is alive and running strong here. Incredibly greedy upper management. Don't expect to get paid even remotely fairly at this job, even if you are a long time loyal employee. They will pay a stranger off the street at least $10K more a year than what you're making. It's definitely not worth your time or energy to apply here.
