      Large employer, pay is good if you are willing to sacrifice your personal life, opportunities for growth

      Cons

      As a recent college graduate I was never once impressed with work presented by my managers or peers, long term employees are noticeably embittered, corporate steamrolls initiatives into plants without a solid understanding of the manufacturing process, hourly employees are treated like animals and as a result management is running a zoo

      Pros

      Hours are good if you have enough seniority to not get forced to work every off day you have, not much other than that

      Cons

      Pay is way under for anyone that started after 2008 on a new pay scale, Micro managing everywhere too many chiefs not enough Indians, managers with minimum experience telling experienced employees how to run they’re jobs, they will act like your friend but stab you in the back quicker than lightening and fire you for anything under the sun, want to cut hourly jobs but are over staffed on salary management jobs !

      I can't think of anything.

      Cons

      There is no work/life balance. The company is understaffed across the board and still looking to reduce headcount. I can't oversell how understaffed they are - if you apply here get ready to do the job of two or three people.
