Obscene amount of forced OT. Extremely disrespectful management. Favoritism abounds.Ridiculous absenteeism point system. No sick days. Disorganized. Poor quality lenient.

Pros

Great pay and good people at the plant to work with! Steady work with lots of overtime and 401 k and health benefits. Had 6 weeks of vacation 🇺🇸

Cons

They closed our plant ! Shifted our work to other plants. Lost contracts we had run for years.upper big management made poor choices!

Great benefits are offered with flexible hours available in certain areas of the company. Experience is taken into consideration in the hiring process. Great people to work with.

Cons

Must have degree to really move forward in company from entry level positions, large corporate feel, Starting vacation time given is two weeks and stays two weeks for 5 years, should be three years or starting at 3 weeks vacation.
