There is so much to get done, the people I work with make it less stressful and more fun.

Cons

For what my job title is, I have peers (men) who are paid significantly higher than I (woman) and it is totally unfair.

Not much, though I have to write 20 words to submit so I'll say the salary is Ok at best pay raises nonexistent

Cons

Upper management could care less about you. Morale is in the toilet. Rotating shifts. Managers communicate poorly and will dump weekends on you last minute when they've known these weekends needed to be covered for months. Little if any chance for promotion unless you're part of the clique. HR & managers are not to be trusted. Pacific, MO plant is not a good place to work due to poor management team. Cameras all over the plant not used for safety reasons as originally stated but are used to spy on employees & apply discipline

Ok pay, great benefit, great staff of employees and maintenance personnel

Cons

No vacation for a year, poor management, cameras on every inch of the building inside and out, union job.
