Great teamwork Getting to work from home Office environment is amazing they got snacks and drinks all the time

Cons

Work crazy hours during busy season Not being able to grow within the company a lot of years of experience and no growth opportunities

Work from home flexibility. MAC computer. Affordable health insurance.

Cons

Private Equity so lay offs/high turn over are common. It is a dog eat dog world with every man for themselves. Use of gmail system which is not industry standard. Churn and burn through employees and partners.
