Pros

Good working atmosphere for developers, Very nice office space with good equipment to work on. Provides very good medical for their employees.

Cons

Management does not have a clear view of their projects, client's are lied to and even stolen from. The pay is very low compared to similar jobs in the same region. The company continues to have a high turn over rate.

Pros

I had a great learning experience and I view my time there positively. My peers were helpful, encouraging, and pushed me to tackle some hard problems that I enjoyed. * I rarely needed to work over 40 hours / week, which was much appreciated. * They’ve got a lot of interesting projects. * We had an “education hour” where we were able to take Coursera classes to further our education.

Cons

When I left, the company was shifting focuses. As such: * They’ve got some baggage from their transition from being a startup. * Pay was not particularly competitive and there has been significant wage disparity. * There was lack of transparency about their goals and lack of communication about the state of the company. I am hopeful their outlook will improve, they just might need some time to figure it out.

Pros

Gravity Jack has some extremely talented developers, designers and project managers. They know how to bring their skills together. Their open atmosphere allows new employees to learn an amazing amount and to contribute to the wide gamut of products that Gravity Jack develops. I had an amazing journey with Gravity Jack and was able to come together with other employees to create some amazing products.

Cons

I experienced some rough patches where some difficult decisions were made, and cuts had to happen. There could have been better communication during this time, but it was always sincerely conveyed that these decisions were not desired and they have come to a point where I see they are turning things around. I am still in contact with many of the employees and from what they have mentioned, things seem to be stabilizing and I hope the best for them all.
