Pros

You are paid every Thursday

Cons

This by far is the worst company I’ve worked. From the unethical work practices to the CEO playing games with naming conventions of the company to hide behind bad business decisions!

Pros

None. Please be extremely careful before working at this agency.

Cons

• Eight years in business never translated into stability. • Direction constantly changed with little explanation. • Certain people consistently received better treatment than everyone else. • The culture lacks respect and basic human decency. • High turnover kept teams in constant upheaval. • Employees were expected to work 12 to 15 hours and weekends without fair compensation. • The company remained stagnant while many talented employees chose to leave.
