Pros

You'll learn to be self-reliant because you rarely get any real support.

Cons

This job literally sucked the life out of me. It feels tense all the time and that stress rolls straight down from the ceo. People come and go nonstop, which makes it hard to care or settle in. Leadership says they have a plan, but most days it feels like everyone is winging it. Some teammates barely show up effort wise, while others are drowning in extra work. Messages get lost between teams and you end up fixing things you did not break. A lot of roles feel short staffed, and you are expected to just deal with it. It's just a matter of time until all of the rest of the good employees quit.

Pros

Great training, flexible schedule, and interesting team events. I have passionate coworkers who are very easy to work with. But daily problem-solving is what I love the most, because it gives me the chance to build my skills and deepen my knowledge. Plus, competitive pay and compensation.

Cons

You’ll learn to multitask, whether you want to or not.
