One of the biggest benefits for me is the network I’ve built. I've developed strong relationships with managers and directors at top hotels, event venues, and catering companies across the region. This network is an incredible professional asset and has opened up opportunities I never expected.

Cons

It’s a growing company and the pace is fast, so you'll be busy practically all the time and stressed on occasion.

You wont be micromanaged here

Cons

Leadership does not lead. They want you in the falls church office all the time but the office half the time has internet issues, no power, or does not have AC running in the summer or heat running in the winter. It is terrible and uncomfortable and stinky in this very old building. There is a lack of organization in general within this company. Awful business structure and they dont pay their employees well. I understand why there is a huge turnover, which is another reason it's hard to grow here.

Gravy Work has an amazing team and a very supportive work environment. The training provided is excellent and sets you up for success. I was fortunate to be a part of this organization and truly appreciated the guidance and encouragement I received throughout my time here.
