      Pension, stock, hours right off the interstate....reaching here....

      Cons

      Management would pick and make fun of certain people. Would talk about people when they weren't there but nice to their face. Very vindictive if you had a problem that they didn't deem as a problem. Very micro managed. Some people could do as they pleased because they were friends with management but others would be reprehended for the same exact thing. A new employee was actually told by senior management "we are like a family here you need to earn your way into it. "
