Thanks for leaving a review. As you may have heard on one of our recent all-employee calls with our CEO, we are in the process of implementing a CRM which we think is going to be an awesome addition to how we do business. We also offer a wide variety of training for employees - please reach out to your manager to learn more about opportunities.

Pros

None— Before I started I was told how bad this place was, I wish I would have listened.

Cons

Everything— Graybar Houston is very unprofessional, management picks favorites, and they mistreat employees. I was harassed by my manager to the point I was getting sick by simply talking to him. Went to both HR and upper management was told this is all hearsay and nothing could be done by local HR. From upper management I was told that he didn’t believe he said those thing out of the blue, he believed that I “provoked” the comments that were made to me. Also in less then 2 years I worked at Graybar I reported to 5 different managers in that time frame, in my last 6 months I was forced to take a “promotion” that was ecclesiastically for less money. This company will pull you around in a circle and give you no clear path in a direction they want you to go. I WOULD NOT recommend working here, stay as far away as possible.
