Pros

profit sharing, stock plan, health benefits, company car, cell phone, reputable name

Cons

Very little training or guidance, you’re just kind of thrown to the wolves. Can be a great place to work or a living hell. I’ve worked at multiple locations and experienced both situations.

We understand that the pace of change in a large, established company like Graybar can sometimes feel slower than desired. However, we are actively investing in technology and new processes to modernize how we work. We also encourage ongoing learning and development for all employees, regardless of their role or years of service, and we’re working to create an environment where new ideas and innovations are embraced. If you'd like to share more about your experience, please contact our HR team.
