Pros

Some managers and some colleagues were good people.

Cons

This company has many issues they need to address. They threatened my job over doing a transfer to a position that requires much more work yet no pay. The manager and coworker they moved me to treated me very poorly. The job overall is underpaid and I know many who have left due to that reason. No flexibility as some days roads were dangerous and they forced us to come in when we could have worked remote. No flexibility or willing to work with employees.

Pros

Profit sharing and easy work

Cons

Poor corporate structure and district framework. They should gut the district offices and create center of excellences at the Corporate office (if they have find enough talent in St. Louis).
