Pros

Good co-workers Employee stock options & profit sharing

Cons

Payscale is so low you have to check your calendar to make sure it's not 1985. They pitch stock options & profit sharing for retirement but what are employees expected to do in the meantime - eat ramen noodles, mac & cheese and apply for food stamps? Pay needs to be commensurate to a livable wage. Very political environment (very) Difficult to advance or get promoted - even if you are a top-notch performer. Outdated systems & procedures. As millennials make up the majority of today's workforce, company needs to adapt. To improve engagement and morale, (ie -discounts, flex time, work from home option, etc)
