Pros

Pay is decent. Many great customers who made it worth while to work in Hades. I can only hope Echo Electric moves to St. Louis to show Kathy Mozzarella what it's like to have competition.

Cons

No recognition for good work unless you are a favorite. Some people get taken out to lunch meetings. Others never get a chance to meet with their customers to build a great working relationship. When review time comes they get blamed for not selling more or, accused of losing sales. Be careful of the perfect co worker who goes to the branch manager to give some of their accounts to you. That co worker then compares last years sales that they did to yours. If you aren't doing as well due to slow down in market, you get pulled into the office and grilled.
