Pros

Good company with solid values. Opportunity for growth is possible as long as you are patient. Good people and decent management.

Cons

Lower pay than most even though they have taken away the pension to all new or re-hires. Not much direction or guidance for your future.

Pros

Opportunities for upward expansion, solid company with a great reputation. Upper management does a good job of scouting and training new employees

Cons

Can be a slow turning ship when it comes to business decisions. You will make less on average here than other distributors in this industry.

Pros

Very good work environment with a positive team oriented culture. I would recommend and encourage ANYONE to apply for a job with graybar.

Cons

My cons would be that management does not actively encourage people for training. The training does exist but you have to put the pressure on management for them to include you in it.
