Many mandatory hours wasted on meaningless training, instead of selling and customer service. If you're in sales, expect to never make budget, or work your tail off nights, weekends and on your vacation time. They preach family values, employee ownership, a beloved company, but they don't practice what they preach anymore: the bottom line is much more important than the employee, and they will let you know that.
