Pros
This is a great company that will be there for you if you want to settle down and commit long term. Most people who have been there longer than 3+ years will probably retire with them. They offer great benefit packages, especially the stock option which can only be bought by employees.
Cons
Since most people stay for life, the company is quite old. Most people are 40+ and don't have much of a passion for what they do. Easy paycheck with relatively few stressors. So if you are looking for a boring job, with boring people, with great pay and benefits. This is your spot.
