I learned what NOT to look for in an employer.

Cons

Safety culture is a joke. Poor management, poor health benefits, Zero mentoring. The tools are cheap and equipment is crap. Management is more concerned about numbers than employees, weak union. It's a dead end job unless, you have soft lips. Bring your Vaseline, you'll need it!

Cons

Seems to be a very top heavy company. Too much emphasis on scoring instead of reality. Conflicting information from upper management.
