Pros

Work/life balance is top notch. Ability to look ahead to the future and see a path for upward movement is a bonus. Great pay and benefits, and from the top down you have a feeling that you're part of something unique. Challenging work, but plenty of resources to utilize in completing tasks and projects.

Cons

None at all. The company seems to have a solid plan for investments in the future. This gives a sense of security so you can focus fully on your career with the company, and help with the forward momentum.
