      Insightful CEO but hidden from real state of operations by COO

      Cons

      Seems like they took the COO out from his achilles heel this year - Marketform. Is it a sign that he may be leaving soon or being asked to leave soon? That would be a good thing for the company as he has been a drag for the company's growth and professional culture.

      Pros

      Free lunches, Christmas party with a big name performer, leave early on Fridays, incentives to get designations, decent salary, nice coworkers/friendly environment, bank and coffee shop in the building, fitness and wellness center on site

      Cons

      micromanagement, almost $200/month for parking, little to no training, long meetings (2+hrs) that could be sent in an email, extremely stressful work (too much subjectivity, deadlines, lawsuits), little to no recognition of performance, the temperature in the office is forever changing and is either too hot or too cold and the office is extremely dusty - an absolute nightmare for anyone with allergies, outdated computer software (DOS based system) and too many programs that do not work cohesively
