      As a technology enthusiast, sometimes I feel they are a little behind the ball on subjects that could really propel them forward in the industry. Subjects such as AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data are big opportunities that they should put more effort in developing.

      Good Benefits and Salary with good team work on the day to day work level with employees.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected and separated from the line and staff worker. Highly over conservative with an emphasis on Predictive Analytics. Does not value the experienced worker and wants to manage and manipulate the younger worker with fear tactics. One fortuitous loss and your gone if the upper manager in charge does not like you for not polishing their apple daily.
