      They want a young company so they are trying to push out the older employees at times.

      Wonderful people to work with, had a great company, would totally suggest interning for this company for anyone who will be graduating.

      None while I worked there for my 3 months as an intern before going back to school.

      The company provides on the job training, along with certification fees. Customer satisfaction was top priority. Managers understood the need to have work and personal balance.

      Cons

      At time the internal competition could be brutal. The company is very limited concerning advancement opportunities. Customer retention was hard to maintain when a customer's policy increased.
