      Pros

      Good pay. Good environment. My unit has a great moral. The company as a whole seems to have a good outlook too.

      Cons

      Would like better training for new comers. I understand with the recent economic hardships, its affected areas like our insurance for us and our families, but I think it would be more beneficial to offer more coverage.

      Company has been around for over 125 years.

      Cons

      No respect for families or individuals. Backbiting and politics. If your not a corporate zombie who lives and breaths for the company then you have no chance.

      The Company believes in a work/life balance; The Company seems to put a high value on family; The salary level is higher than what I was being paid at a previous employer.

      Cons

      I'm not always sure of where there is to move up to from here; I'm not sure of what it takes to make it to the next job level; I'm not sure what is expected of me in order to warrant a promotion.
