Pros

Poor quality work is tolerated if you’re friends with your management and they’re too unorganized to give you more work if you don’t ask. You can really coast as long as you’re friends with the right people

Cons

They’re 10 years behind with their products, they half-ass investments into new products and tech, sometimes completely abandoning an initiative after a couple of years. There’s no consistency, no incentive to improve and they are only living off of their agency relationships which are coming to an end in the next 6 years.

Pros

Stable Company that has been around for 150 years

Cons

A dinosaur of a company that pays way under market value and has poor leadership. Very little diversity.
