      Pros

      Depends on which company you work for as there are about 30 subsidiaries under Great American. Good place to work but a lot depends on your manager and the specific subsidiary. Company does contribute some money each month for HSA plan. 401k match is 4.5% for your 6%. About 8-9 holidays per year, 24 PTO days per year and you can have equivalent of 36 PTO days banked until you stop earning PTO hours.

      Cons

      $2,500 family deductible for health insurance is too high. Prescription coverage is weak.

      Entrepreneurial culture. Humane approach to work-life balance. Senior management team engages actively with divisional leadership. Real commitment to enabling talented employees to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Lack of emphasis on diversity, as reflected by the composition of the senior management team and parent company board. Deference to divisional management teams sometimes allows poor performance to persist.
