      Work/Life Balance Stable company with decent bonuses like profit sharing Good benefits like HSA and 401k matches Great at providing training and tools to complete job functions

      Convoluted Corporate ladder - makes it hard to move up Leadership roles are usually filled with external candidates who bring in their colleagues to fill other roles Promotions and Pay seem to move quite slowly compared to other companies in the area No cool employee benefits like cheap tickets to games or concerts Annual Christmas party has been canceled the last 2 years with nothing to replace it
