      Very employee oriented, invests a lot of time and resources into the employees

      When applying for positions, you NEVER receive confirmation of the resume submission, or notice of not being the chosen candidate. You have to login to find out the status of your resume. Such a large company that values employees should at least have enough respect to acknowledge both.
