      Pros

      Great leadership and a new office layout that allows for more collaboration. Competitive PTO and benefits! We are an organization with a history of strong performance and profitability. Great onsite gyms as well as a new dining facility and coffee bar at one of our downtown locations!

      Parking can be expensive depending on the lot you choose.

      The Christmas parties are cool

      The pay isn't good, parking around the building is expensive. The company claimed they remodeled the whole building to "listen to their employees working remotely", then that was taken away. Back to four days in office, but some business units remain fully remote, even though located in Cincinnati, which isn't fair at all.
