Pros
Large company with a good name in the Cincinnati area. Brick-and-mortar company, so it's fairly stable. There are some great people to work with and great customers.
Cons
Working conditions are very poor in the IT department. If I could have rated this company lower, I would have. Management is out of touch with their employees and, aside from under staffing their teams and overworking and under appreciating their people, management seems to get a kick out of bullying their own employees and blaming them for their own shortcomings. The only way to survive, if you call it that, is to brown-nose the right managers and cliques to avoid being thrown under the bus. It is really worse than high school. Direction is inconsistent and contradictory and it's quite obvious that most managers were hired because of who they knew, not what they knew. I would advise anyone applying here to explore other options, far, far away from this company.
