Get to work for Great Hearts and help support their vision in making a difference in the lives of their scholars

Cons

The actual academies are great but Co-Cirriculars/Afterschool Athenaeum is not a good place to work. Management is awful, they care more about saving a buck then doing what is best for their students. The program was great until management changes brought about a change in focus. Also they treat you how you they please and get away with everything.

If I remained in the teaching profession, I would teach here. Wonderful level of support and amazing school culture. Classical liberal arts based philosophy.

Cons

Ordinary teacher stresses but that goes with the territory.
