Pros

Great collaboration, focus on working as a United group, tries to develope who the students are as a person. Admin was supportive when parents were upset.

Cons

Admin have little practical training for working with underlings, admin knew what they wanted, but struggled to clearly communicate needs and expectations. Very low pay scale, lots of extra work required, high turn over rate.

Discipline is an area that can be challenging when trying to find ways to support all students and teachers are asked to find ways to be firm but fair with love and logic.
