-Incredible curriculum and mission - bringing the best education to any student who wants it? Amazing to be a part of this. -Positive, new company energy - they always seem to want to improve -Socratic seminars among the faculty - focusing on the things that are exciting to study in the liberal arts and not educational fads brought in by disconnected bureaucrats; teachers genuinely want to improve each year

Cons

-It's hard work - make no mistake about it -Until the funding formula is changed at the state level, the schools will have a hard time raising teacher pay

Pros

The students are motivate. The curriculum is rich with important works. The charter is, at its heart and on the surface ideal.

Cons

There is a thinly veiled religious agenda. While presenting themselves as a public institution, this organization is large in the hands of Catholic men. They proselytize to both teachers and students during school events and during school time. They also undermine other faiths, women, and minorities.

Pros

GH goes to great lengths to hire the right people to further their goals. They truly believe in their mission of providing classical education to all. The students are always considered first. Benefits are excellent.

Cons

Pay is severely under market. Their also are significant growing pains occurring that the lead office doesn't seem to know how to counter.
